On January 13, 2021, Beauceron Security partnered with Microsoft! Our partnership with Microsoft has allowed us to expand on our human-centric approach to cybersecurity with our integration of Microsoft Office365 as well as Microsoft security and compliance products. Beauceron Security has integrated valuable features such as the “report a phish” button for Outlook which is available for desktop, browser and mobile use as well as accessing your Beauceron Security personal dashboard through Microsoft Teams through both desktop and the mobile app.

Creating Groups
Creating Groups with Office365 is made easy by grouping people based on their attributes such as location or department. Instead of adding members individually to groups, members can be added based on attributes. When creating a new division in the Platform, simply select the group you would like to add and all members belonging to that division are automatically added through the Office365 user sync.
Single Sign-On
SSO is set up out-of-the-box for a seamless SSO experience. Administrators have the option of configuring application consent; once access is granted to users, they will be able to log in. The application uses graphing API that allows it to read users’ information and automatically create their profiles.

When a phish is reported, it positively decreases your personal risk score and an award is assigned to your personal dashboard which lets you can see the benefit both for your own personal cybersecurity awareness and for your company.
It also tracks where you may have strayed off course and gives you the opportunity to correct risky behavior by completing remedial training that positively impacts your personal risk score. Instead of punishing individuals who click on a phishing simulation, Beauceron Security works to educate people on their behavior and learn from it. When you fall for a phish, your personal risk score negatively increases and you receive a message that reinforces how to spot a phish in the future, but there are no long-term consequences. By completing the remedial training, you can positively decrease your personal risk score and learn from past behavior.
